Financial Services is looking to hire a new Fiscal Services Supervisor. FM-Accounting serves as a resource for the entire FM department, consisting of about 350 employees. FM Accounting’s mission is to provide professional expertise and quality customer service to our UNM community. We are looking for a motivated self-starter possessing a strong accounting background coupled with strong supervisory skills. Strong verbal and written communication, along with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
This role will oversee our day-to-day operations, communicate organizational needs, oversee employees’ performance, provide guidance and support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful. The following is a list of some of the key activities this role oversees and carries out provided by the unit: billing and rates development, purchasing, payroll processing, inventory, budget development/reporting & tracking, journal vouchers, and account reconciliation & tracking. – apply now!
